    Halo 2: Graphics and Multiplayer

    Half Life 2: Better Graphics, better Multiplayer (CS and Deathmatch) The Havok Engine, a great story, better enemys and a huge amount of Mods that will last for years

    Half Life 2 is much better 99% of the time. But when your at a friends house up until 3 in the morning Halo2 on Xbox live is more fun. Other than that though HL2 is better in every way

    id say halo 2, i hated half life 1 and i dont like the second much either

    the only time i really play halo2 is when i have like big xbox lan parties. xbl gets boring after like 20 min

    better gfx, sound, story, engine, physics, multiplayer isnt as good as h2 but its good enough.
