the background of the emblem fixed on a square slightly tilted around vertical axe (20degrees anticlockwise)
the logo shiny and spinning around the vertical axis (anticlockwise) not touching the background of the emblem

i think he means that thing that looks like kinda a gradiant or light from photoshop.
