just installed halo combat evolved on my pc last night.
the install went fine, the game starts up and everything, but when i play the player models are super stretched out. like their left arm goes into the ground in a giant wide line of color. is it a software problem? i'm starting to think so. google didn't yield any results. i patched the game and just got the latest directx update...maybe its the forceware for nvidia?

    XFX 6600GT with latest forceware.

Theres also a sweet site called....

www.systemlabrequirements.com and you can see what games you can run and if you cant it'll tell you why and what you need to improve, I can't run anything cuz of my sucky graphics card >.>

Yeah it's on another computer with an amd 3800+ 1 gig of RAM and a 6600GT, but I managed to fix the problem by reinstalling Nvidia drivers.
