Whoever photoshopped that did a horrible job... The shadows underneath the headcrab and the barrell are a dead giveaway- I figured most of you were smarter than that.
looking at it now, the difference in focus between the head crabs and barrels shows its a fake, andwht mt said, the shadows looks pathetic lol
its just a good photo manip...cuz if u look at that what i marked on the pic...it looks as if u can see a man welding but all u see is his arm...so if u ask me what the person did was find and image of an tall office building being built and did a manip with what looks like a sewer, added headcrabs and a barrel, both of which look out of place cuz they where just dropped into it and they tryed to make look as if they where part of the image...so...FAKE!!!!!
It does not look like an arm, or and arm welding something. It is close to the rails within reaching distance. I think it is a valve to something.
