    - Much of outlining (visible on white background)
    - The picture is original, but the theme isn’t
    - Only usable on big pieces like wallpapers, on smaller ones it will result in a too busy artpiece.

    Huy-n
    - Little bit of outlining
    - The picture is original
    - Usability is also quite low, there is too much going on to use this in a sig or avatar. So only big pieces will work. But only when on the exact same resolution.

Seeing that both pictures are not that usable and both pictures are not cutted that well. I just have to choose on the one that feels right.

I vote H2o, because his render is a bit more usable (at least you can use it on any sized wallpaper).

First Thoughts : Nice n Big Simaler to Kauyas render
Uniqueness : Never Seen it Before 10/10
Useability : It has a pretty good useability but the image quality is that great : 7/10
Cut : Not choppy but their is a pretty large amount of black outline. 7.9/10
Size : The size is fine.
difficulty : it isnt that difficult its all on a black backround. 7/10

    Huy-n

First thoughts : I love this render. I posted it in one of those favorite render threads :)
    Uniqueness : 10/10
Useability : I could see myself using this. It would be a limited useability but still i could use it. 7/10
Cut : Everythings is awesome. the horse has a black out line in some of the spots but its still awesome how u got all the details. 8.7/10
    Size : Good Size
Difficulty : Extremely HArd between all the bubbles and the hair. 9/10

My vote goes to <span style=\'color:gray\'>Huy-n</span>

    okay, judging time.. ;P
H20 Overall cutting-wow man, just what i would expect this far in Roty, sweet, amazing cutting skills, its not perfect but for poly lasso thats really nice, I give you a 9/10 here
Uniqueness: hasnt been done before, so 10/10 here
Render choice: a good choice, hard enough, but couldve been harder lol 9.5/10 :)
Usability: eh, big factor, this is useable, but i dont think i could use it, and the comic book quality is always harder on sigs, so im gonna give you an 8.5/10 here
Special Effects: I dont see any, so i wont give you point loss or gain here
    Huy-N
wow just wow! sweet cutting man, its not perfect as no cut is perfect i think, but its amazing!!! 9.5/10
Uniqueness: easy, never seen this done 10/10
Render choice: a good pick, HARD lol 10/10
Usability:eh.. lol big factor again :|. well, ive seen this used in a sig, it worked well, but its comic book quality, if resized i think i could work this, but it would still be hard, 8.5/10
Special Effects: I like your cloning, im pretty sure that those stars were all individually cloned from the render, and if they were then it mustve been a bitch re rendering all those, so 3/3 here
    Drumroll</span>
<span style=\'color:eek:range\'> I give my vote to Huy-N, they were tied, but overall i think that huy-N's special effect just won it for him, were it not for that I would've nulled my vote because this was such a close one, awsome battle, and amazing job H20, dont feel down

    h2o:

Difficulty - Although time consuming, it does not seem all that difficult to do the actual cutting. I give this a 7/10
    Uniquness - I don't think I've ever seen this done before, so I give it a 10/10 :)
Usability - 8/10 It's kinda a weird render and I can't see it being used all that often, although it can be used in just about anything
How Well The Image Has Been Cut - 9/10 In a couple places it looks a tad sketchy. The main thing that disappointed me in this is the glows. There are some spots where you cut out the glow so it suddenly disappears, and in two or so spots there is a glow, but it doesn't match the glow in the image
Size - 10/10 good size for just about anything :)

    Huy-N:

Difficulty - 10/10 Though I can't view the original, I can just look at it and tell how hard it would be to cut
Uniquness - 10/10 I have never seen this before (although knowing me I would have missed it anyways..)
Usability - 8/10 Some things bring the usability down, such as the fact that so much is going on in the render itself. However, the way I see it, is you can use the bull thingy, the girl, or both together, which can be handy. The quality is also good, and it's a nice image that can used in many different things
How Well The Image Has Been Cut - 9/10 I would give it a 10/10, however, there's a major flaw with the hair. At the very top you missed a huge block of the bg left there. There's also a spot by the eyes and nose that was missed. The water is beautiful too ^_^
Size - 10/10 Good size, makes it much more useable :)

    My vote goes to Huy-N
I had a hard time deciding after I went over them I decided to go for Huy-N's render. Aside from the 2 flaws I found in the image, this render is useable and made my jaw drop when I first saw it. The water is just amazing, and I'm sooo happy that he didn't cut the sparkley things out.

And thank you dMg for linking me to the original :)

    Sorry

Forgot all about this thing here.

    Alright, h2o.
The Difficulty of your render, semi hard, not to hard, as in theres no major bumps or curls, jus ta straight foward thing, It may be time consuming, but still.

The useability, of the render, is extremely well useable in any signautre.

The cut on your image was pretty good, noticed a few choppy parts here and there, but nothing to extreme.

And the Size of the baby is BIG. So thats a + for you.

    Huy-n
Difficulty, was just..Wow. Huy-N simply beautiful render choice, and difficult out of the hell hole. Looks simply beautiful, and the rendering of the stars is a major + for you.

Useability, sheesh, sadly, the useabilty of this render is not so valid, because of the stars, even though some people complain, unless taking out the eraser. Anywho, I like the stars, it gives that Zing to the render.

How well was cut was simply spectacular, I noticed no bad parts, or any type of errors anywhere, just amazing huy, simply.

And size, not as big as h2o, but still a huge size, and extremely well picked.

    So my vote goes to.....

    HUY-N

Tough pick, but simply, amazing cut and render overall Huy, Congratz.

Sorry for the delay. I've been sick as a dog. Anyway, on to the judging:

    h2o

Difficulty: 9/10 - This looks extremely difficult to cut.
Usability: 9.5/10 - Highly useable. Good for wallpapers and signatures.
Quality Of Cut: 9.5/10 An excellent job done on this. High attention to the detail.
Originality: I've never seen this before.
SIze: 10/10 It's yooooge!! Just how I like it.

    Huy-n

Difficulty: 10/10 This looks like a damn near impossible cut.
Usability: 9.5/10 - Another highly useable image. Sigs, wallpapers, the works!
Quality Of Cut: 10/10 - This cut is perfect. Every single glint and every single splash of water was captured.
Originality: Only seen this once before, but that was in Huy-n's original posting of it.
SIze: 10/10 - Another yooooooge image!

This was a very close contest, and both competitors havemy utmost respect for the amazing work, but in the end, my vote must go to Huy-n

I removed 3 votes, because they didn't had the requirements:

To apply as judge you must have:

    250 Posts.
    5 Reps.
And have some sort of experience with rendering.
