Ha! you used the Girls of Gaming images. I like the template, but the text needs work on Circle of Elements and the Guild Tags for your alliance.

Well heres my comments on this template: Firstly the navigation is well done, a bit too big imo but they go well with the rest of the page. Get rid of that "active text" on the navigation links though because it looks stupid.

The background is too chaotic, stick with a pattern or a gradient unless the picture itself is simple. I know your trying to wow the viewer but it just dosn't.

The rest is awsome, I love the pasteled feel to the side links aswell, keep up the great work!
