Maybe GW is good at the start, after you got account full on 20 level characters, whats not hard, its just... waste of time. Play it its good for the first time but few of mine GW friends like it anymore...
From what i've heard WOW is addicting as hell, I bought guild wars because it's free. ((hehe)) but im gonna end up trying wow one of these days. So i can't judge but from what i've heard. I say wow.
I gota be the biggest fan of Guild Wars ever... Merged Post: And just FYI, Guild Wars is not about leveling, which is exact opposite of World of Warcraft. The game it self is about Balanced game play system, unlike most of the MMO, Guild Wars does not depand on how MUCH u play, or how GODLY ur item is. It's about the strategy and Teamplay involved. I have seen WoW massive Pvp, it may seems fun. But is extremely unbalanced. This is just my personal opinion about these 2 games. so
I just got GW. I kinda like it, it just gets boreing to me after awhile. I'm a huge WOW fan, I think it is one of the best games I have ever played. It has many people and quests to keep youre busy almost all the time. Well, that's my opinion. =\
There are a lot of quest in guild wars as well, but if u played them once, it gets boring the second time. Guild Wars needs improvement on PvE/RPG, but it's hard for an MMO to have both PvE and PvP.
They're two completely different games, their ideas anyways, so you can't accurately compare them. I have played both, and managed to play both at the same time(not literally, but you know, alter between the two), and I must say, I like GW better, but that's just because I prefer a more balanced gameplay. I've beaten it tons of times, it doesn't bore me =/
well they are pretty much completely different games, even on their website they say so. (Guild Wars). Oh, I think that a branch of blizzard made Guildwars (and therefore CoV, CoH, L2, etc.) My view on MMOs is very negative. I pretty much hate WoW, although it is the only one I play. Guild Wars. Well, I've played it, but not too much, only up to lvl 8 and 11. WoW is repetitive in a way, but I reckon GW is way more repetitive. So far, the only real addictive MMO I've played is RO. Opinions are only opinions though.
