    ive played so many first person shooters that they bore me, and now im going to try MMORPG's. im limited on money, so would you guys give me the pros and cons of each game or recommendations? ive pretty much narrowed it down to three:

    Lineage 2 is really boring, takes a while to level.
    Guildwars is boring too, nothing to do. WoW is fun, alota ---- to do, really interactive, great all around game.

    It seems that people who play those games tend to be nerds who stay inside all day and play over 10 hours at a time.

    I quit playing MMORPGs, but GW was fun for about 2 months. It was also free after I bought it, so theres a plus if you are short on cash.

    Wait, if you're limited on money, then how can you afford to pay $10-20 a month for an MMORPG? :lol:

    Well, if you can afford it, WoW is a must, mostly due to the fact that the whole interface is streamlined, the controls are much better (during battle you can actually move and strafe around your opponent, great when you also go against humans) and there are lots of quests to keep you interested

    naaah i say WoW, i have played Official in each of those 3 games

    Guild wars - no monthly fee, but is based on lvling up in a party....most people are Wan**rs

    Lineage II - Lineage I owns this without a doubt, too long to lvl up, i made it to lvl 10 and couldnt be bothered to play further, Even Priv bores me.

    World of warcraft - My current MMORPG - easy to lvl, no need for groups except instances (large dungeons with good items), fairly quick to level, old hard part is well choosing a class that you like, the graphics are better, more interface customisation, more PvP opportunites, more everything, even more and actually funny emotes (L2 sucks for emotes) you can tell jokes, there is a simple auction house, bank, trainers. etc WoW is a must for any mmorpger.

    my char is

    Name = Majeh
    Faction = Alliance
    race = Gnome
    Class = Rogue
    lvl = 50

    i recommend for a first time player to choose a rogue, these are really really easy to play up to lvl 40 when all the other classes get armour buffs.

    or hunter - uses an animal that you tame to tank and u fire with arrows

    or shaman - good buffs, most imbalanced class on the game, sooo strong !!!! i have a lvl 35.

    and it's cheap (well EU is :P)

    PM me if u need any more info.
