    common people this is 10$ start and has 2 lvl 20's a geomance and monk with elite spellz and good armor

    Well for starters if they are only pvp they auto start at lvl 20.....
    And the only way to unlock spells is to do question mode....
    And for three I will be willing to bet the as soon as you get the 10 bux paypal.... your report the acct as a lost password take him back and do it to another site......

    You have to be willing to send the cds if you are selling cd keys Is an account the same as a cd key?

    it is unless otherwise requested, in this case, everything in the game box is downloadable from the guildwars main site, so if the buyer does not need the CDs (as there really is no use for them) then he doesnt have to.
