The final check was 30 Euros. So we did the following: Each one of us gave 10€. Me: 10€, You 10€ and Him 10€. The waiter took the money, and the owner told to him: These three costumers are well known to the restaurant, so I'll give them back 5€. And he gave to the waiter 5 coins of 1 Euro. But the waiter, very smart, did the following: He took two coins for himself, and gave 1,00 € to each one of us. In the ending, it turned out like this: Me: 10,00€, (-1,00€ that was given back) = I spent 9,00€ You: 10,00€, (-1,00€ that was given back) = You spent 9,00€ He: 10,00€, (-1,00€ that was given back) = He spent 9,00€ So, if we spent 9,00€ each, what we spent together was spent 27€. And if the waiter took 2 euros for himself, we have: We: 27,00€ Waiter: 2,00€ Total: 29,00€ So I ask: What happen to the other euro?

well if the owner gave the waiter back 5 dollars from 30 30-5=25 kk 25 are accounted for the waiter gave the them back 3 5-3=2 the waiter kept 2 2-2=0 It doesn't make sense lool anyways here is a pretty hard one dice dice It is a word problem, meaning it is written with specific letters, where it is placed, how it is placed here is an example wear long long is under the word wear therefore long underwear just an explanation for people who don't understand
10 + 10 + 10 = 30. 30 - 1 - 1 - 1 = 27 27 - 2 = 25 The question just presents the facts in a different form to try and trick us. All the coins are accounted for if you work it out (Also notice, the guy who posted it "ThugRider" stated it was a Word Problem... Nothin' gets by the ~ Art ; man!
