ok lets get started. 1.get any GTA: San Andreas pic that you want. 2.open it up in to photoshop. 3.crop it down to a suitable size of your choice 4.make a new file the same size as the croped gta image and MAKE IT TRANSPARENT, and drag the pic in to the new file 5.grab the polygonal lasso tool and start making funny and odd direction cuts but make them small cuts ! also remember to use ctrl+x to cut it. 6.once you have cut it and made sure it like the 'gta theme' double click on the layer and put a 1px boarder round it. 7.add your text and anything else you would like. and your done ! the only other thing is about saving. i saved mine in a .gif but with someother settings but i cnt seem to remember btw if you need more info add me on msn on [email protected] please show me the finel product and tell me if it is clear to understand. thanks VEXTA btw sorry that i cant post and screenshots i didnt know what to post cause i thought it would be easy.
