    i think these are 2 of my favorite movies:

    Grindhouse presents: Deathproof by quentin tarantino

    and

    Grindhouse presents: Planet terror by robert rodriquez


    i think i like these movies because they are so unique.. + they come from both of my favorite directors :D
    it isnt always realistic but the effects are mega awsome :D

    anyone seen this movies? discuss :P

    Planet Terror is a fav for me, Deathproof had too much girl talk, but the violence was really good.

    true about the girl talk, but the idea and how its executed is awsome :D

    youve only just discovered these films?

    with Deathproof tbh i liked the typical tarrantino dialogue, the car was good but when he kills people in it or with it it wasnt as gory as i thought it would have been. The scenes where the film reel goes missing like in Planet terror was a good touch but what the hell happend to start the fire??Rose McGowan was good in both films imo.

    the scene where quentins charcter in Death Proof tries to have sex with Cherry is still kinda funny.

    but yeh Planet terror wins hands down.

    no i've had seen deathproof before, but now i've seen them both :P and they aint that old, only a year :P

    OMG I WAS SO BOOOOORED WHEN I WATCHED THESE FILMS. I think Quintin Terintino (how ever you spell it) makes some of the worst movies in the world. He has a great imagination but when it comes to making the movie he seems to trip on his shoe laces. Now I was able to sit through Pulp Fiction. It was probably one of his better movies. Besides the Kill Bill series that is. And I only liked them because I love swords. And even then I think the plot to Kill Bill was too bland for a movie. I see these movies because one day I know he may hit pay dirt but right now I cry for wasting 9 dollars a movie ticket.
