One day I left my computer running while having dinner came back and the thing was sitting there seemed like it died on me so I rebooted - got nothing...
We ended up replacing the mobo but to no avail we replaced the PSU still to no avail...
Then I switched out my XFX 6800GS (AGP) with an old Geforce 4200Ti we had lying around and lo-and-be-hold the computer boots and functions perfect...
I'm not quite sure what is up with the XFX 6800GS card...
So far from what I can determine the card is the problem but I dont know what is causing the card to act up..
I'd like your thoughs on this.

My current specs are as follows:

    Asus P5VDC-MX mobo
    2.8ghz Pentium D
    1 GB RAM
    Geforce 4200Ti
    250GB Harddrive
    550 watt PSU
    Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-106D (DVD Burner)
    LITE-ON DVD SOHD-167T (DVD Reader)
    MSI 52X CD Reader

Does the card have a 8 pin connector going into the PSU?
