I don't like the banner. The rest is "ok". However, for a graphics community you will need more in order for it to prosper. By more I mean, a better design, and you have to offer something no other graphics design website has.
i know.....but this was for a newbie community ... not mine ... i'm not good enough for my own community.... for them this was good enough.
