Bioshock was developed by 2KBoston/2KAustralia and published by 2K, GTA is developed by Rockstar North and published by RockstarGames, the distributor on the other hand is 2K. And the dvd limitation is an issue, with more space the graphics would be better. Though the scale of GTA4 is huge, so it's expected to have worse graphics than your everyday current gen games.
I don't really mind, I was just wondering since I found out take two had something to do with Bioshock but since Tasslehoff cleared that up, meh. I do expect some improvements since it'll be on a "next gen" console, just as long as it doesn't look like a ps2 version on a xbox 360. >_>
This game is going to be pretty awesome. My buddy has a ps3, and we went and put 10$ down at eb games for this game. I believe it's coming out around april 22 in canada? Correct me if i'm mistaking. Anywho the online mode will be pretty awesome, driving around the town, street racing, killing people while driving and much more. I believe the capacity of each rooms will be around 42 people. So thats alot. Some guy at eb games told me around 42, so i'm stealing his informations. My random guess was 50. -Question: Will you be able to upload your own music from the ps3/psp etc into the rockstar station? That way you can listen to your own music? I don't see why you couldn't, but you never know.
for gta i dont really mind about the graphics, but as long as the gameplay is smooth and there storyline for it is well done ill be happy playing it. then there the fun of mowing people down and causing chaos on the streets.. :lol:
A part of me died when I found out it isn't coming out for PC. Why can't developers just release everything on P.C. six months later? After six months, your game is gonna have made most of the money it's ever gonna make, so piracy becomes unimportant. And if all else fails, sell it on steam where you MUST have a legal version. JUST MAKE IT FOR PC!!! And if GTA4 is coming out for P.C., then AWESOME! But this still applies to every other awesome game that [unfortunately] will never be on computers.
Can't wait to play it, they finally put some new stuff in it. Like now you can at least hide behind obstacles when you're involved in shoutouts and any weapon that can be wielded with one hand, can be used for driveby shootouts. Could thing I pre-ordered it in the store today
Yeah, GTA 4 sounds awesome. I wonder if it's gonna come out on hte PC though like the other GTA games. I really hope so since San Andreas was awesome. Except I guess this game will have a smaller map and I heard there are no planes.
