Yeah.. because when you're racing at speeds over 150+ mph and taking turns at around the same speeds you'll have time to look around inside your car, etc. I'm sure the only inside view will be of your drivers hands gripping the steering wheel. That's simply a generated photo. Also if you look at the second photo the focus is on the first car. Hence everything behind it is blurred. If you look at the bottom left corner of the page there are blades of grass. Sometimes developers expect you to have a bit of thought when you observe their released photos.
