Ok me and some people have given this some thought and we have decided it is a ripoff..... I mean come on... It is ridiculas how many credits he rakes in and now he wants people to have to resubscribe 113x25 + re subscription for .psd ridiculas :\ He gets about 1000 creds from donations and he doesn't even take the time to make a decent psd, instead he goes out and buys one that is cheap and everything nothing to feel proud of getting a subscriptions for... Yet here he is having so many credits for having the staff do stuff they don't even get paid to do! Do this math (I had Zarox add it all up for me ) 113 subscribers x 25 creds per subscription =2825 creds from subscriptions 1155 credits in donations - 415 creds "spent" 2825 donation creds + 740 net gain of donation credits = 3565 he pockets + slave labor / The staff doesn't get anything for making the paper... Thats not even including SwAT's premium membership give away which comes out of his pocket. There are a decent amount of people who think the "Subscriptions" Is a big problem. I don't blame him one bit about getting all these credits. We are the ones encouraging this scam. We are also the ones who are just letting him rip us off.Then he is wanting to go on and have people re-subscribe. So now he is just being greedythere and is wanting all of your credits to read something you can read for free and get a weak cheap psd. (Not that all of them are bad but they are just simple ones bought for like 5 credits). Nothing to say "The subscription was WELL WORTH the credits." It would bemore like "The subscriptions is taking me credits how wonderful!" Also with the subscriptions do this math... 100x25 = possible amount of creds if he adds resubscription Which is ( for you lazy people ) 100x25 = 2,500 credits That is just a round off of what he is getting. Me and others think it is well obvious the subscriptions is a scam. He could be generous and give out psds with it that he is making you pay for. Half of the psds are just ones about 3/4 of the active members has. Also keep in mind that the staff isn't benefitting from making the paper so t3rm should not benefit neither. I agree wit yah bro. Term is getting pretty greedy - I made several suggestions on how he should improve the paper, like add more detailed tutorials, make the interviews longer, stuff like that. But he doesn't listen. He's a nice guy an all, but he's doing nothing yet getting all of the credit and publicity for it. I wouldn't mind the Newspaper if someone would actually include something decent in it, like right now all he does is repeat news... Which is pretty pathetic. He could atleast pay the people who write the articles too - its un-fair on them as they do most of the work. Personally - I think it was a "thing of the month" thing. Now its jst stupid and getting boring. Theres not much we can do about it apart from telling him to make it better by including more detailed and useful info >_<
I agree, if hes going to charge subscription prices and hire on a staff, then he should at least be paying his staff! Seeing as how their writing some of the articles, and the tutorials and what not. However, I also dont think he should be allowed to charge for what appears to be a GR Sanctioned community thing, seeing as how he has his own section of the forums now. I think if he wants to have "subscribers" then they should be the people who payed for premium accounts on GR. Then just have normal GR users being the "non-subscribers". That way it could also be an added benefit to being a premium member at GR. After all, that would be like charging people to chat on IRC. Could force them to "subscribe" if they want to participate, otherwise they just have to be bystanders. Anyways, thats my thoughts on it.

I'm not too bothered about whut happens - He screwed me over by saying I could choose who I wanted to interview, then later one he told me the members would end up choosing 5 and I'd have to choose the 5. It wasn't tt that annoyed me, it was jst principle really. I'm not going to talk too much about this, but thats how I feel.

It seems like a ripoff, and slave labor. I not feelin it, BFTP has every right to make a "free" paper for those who dont wish to waste credits on overpriced ---- because they too lazy to pay attention or buy premium or pay for a PSD themselves.
