Hello everyone. If you have been here a while im sure you have seen a similar extenstion to this before. The old one was created by krosan and his thread can be found here. Anyway, his extenstion stopped working when Firefox v1.5 came out. I liked the idea of the extenstion and still wanted to use it so I decided to re-write it. Please do not call me a ripper or say that I stole anything. I gave krosan credit in the about page of the extenstion for the idea. I personally wrote the new extenstion on my own. As you can see, the 2 are quite different. As of now, there are no graphics, I can add them if anyone wants to make them. They need to be 16x16 and 32x32. A few variations of each would help. I have a couple different versions for the different types of members. Since normal members cant see premium sections, why have the links taking up space? I can make one for the Staff and Donators as well if someone wants to send me the links to the different forums. No, it will still work. Here is an image showing where the navigation is. Its right above the address bar next to the default Firefox buttons.
I cant do one for IE. I didnt even know how this one worked not too long ago. I did some research and figured out what all I needed and there it is. But for IE, thats something totally different to code for. Firefox is very open ended, allowing us to make extenstions. IE on the other hand is much more difficult to code for.
It should take the theme of whatever skin you are using so there is no need to put any pictures in the back. Although I can put 16x16 icons to the left of the menu names. And I can put a 32x32 icon to the left of the extenstion name on the Extenstions page.
