how was this tut too short?

it describes everything needed for the desired outcome.

this isn't a full sig tut, it's a technique tut that i've been asked about many times, so i decided to make a tut for it.

 

I'm going to try and incorporate it into my next manip'd photo in someway. Thanks for the tutorial stott, i like it
