madmav, are you just annoyed at Shout because you got banned for spamming the iGO link everywhere? For gods sake guys and gals, its ONE e-mail, and there is no law saying you HAVE to read it, no need to go on a flame war against mike / shoutGFX.

Its ONE damn mistake, just forget it, as long as it doesn't happen again, why does it matter now?

 

Closing this topic. Shaggy can make an offical post when hes ready, but this has turned into a flame war and it needs to stop.

 

I haven't seen shaggy answer this, so i thought i'd answer based on his reply in the staff section. ShoutGFX is not a partner site, and Michael(the illiterate owner) paid $400 dollars for the mass email address.

GameRenders does not condone you advertising your site via PM or threads such as this one; the rules have not changed. The mass email was paid for, and will be the last time such a thing will occur(exactly from shaggy). It was a momentary relaspe in good thinking and GameRenders will strive to not make the mistake again.

For those who are saying GameRenders is going downhill; i urge you to reconsider. We all know Llamaman was a great guy; but nonetheless a busy one. Shaggy has done nothing but seek the ideas of the current staff; and tried to implent new contests in GameRenders. Hes still learning -give him time, GameRenders is a large learning experience. I personally see nothing but good things in the future of GameRenders; we have new, more active staff and new contests. Not to mention a man with experiences with servers, and a facelift.

For anyone who attacked him for advertising his smaller websites at the top of GameRenders; you obviously dont remember the poker site Dave and Joe both ran that was advertised up there. Or the Counter Strike Server and IRC room we have/had, that was also advertised up there.

I will open this thread up in the hopes that the spam will not continue.

Nah, he did have a post, or a section of the forum for their poker site. I do remember it, because thats how i learned about it at the time.

 

Dont like that you can buy my email from GR and I hope that it will never happend again cuz if it does then actions will be taken.
