hmmm, never even heard of Gothic What's it about and whats a good site about it? And as for oblivion, i'm really looking forward to it, Morrowind was an amazing game.
Gothic's an RPG made by a german producer, putting you in the role of some nameless hero. I didn't play the original, but in the second you had the choice of joining one of 3 different guilds (Mercenaries, Paladins or Fire Mages). It had a fairly big game world, large number of quests and an alright plot. It was re-released along with an expansion that hadn't previously been released in English a couple of months ago, might be worth picking up if you're RPG-hungry
