Then you don't know how to use the henchmen correctly. I have completed every mission in the game with henchmen, and usually on the first try, although I did that after I did most of them with real people, but nonetheless, henchmen are smarter, and alot better, than you think. Select target then ctrl+space and they will all attack it, or if you don't wanna attack first, select target and ctrl+shift+space and it will say you're targetting it, and they will all attack it. Learn to use those 2 commands and henchies are perfect
