weight lift. FYI it's not about loosing weight, it's about being in good physical condition. Don't be afraid to GAIN weight if you're putting on muscle. The more lean body mass you have, the more your fat is distributed in between your muscle as opposed to between muscle and skin. lift heavy, eat clean few sample meals breakfast oatmear(NO SUGAR)/wheeties/cherios and eggs snack small turkey/tuna/chicken etc. sandwich lunch(see snack, plus maybe some past or rice) snack sandwhich dinner non-fat cottage cheese + peanut butter sandwhich I need to get ona better diet myself I'm eating crap. Admittedly I'm trying to GAIN weight and by most people's standards am in exceptionally good shape, but my diet is ---- regardless
I've to take health class to graduate from High School. And we are in this chapter, how to have a healthy life style. And to have a good healthy weight loss their is only one way is to exercise and have small amount of good meals 6 times a day. Not a normal meal, but have something healthy like a salad and something else. But if you want to loose way you must stick with it for the rest of your life. Just change your lifestyle a little, go slow. But if you want to loose weight you must change everything. Just start slow, with eating less calories and that kind of stuff. Make sure you drink lots of water and have the proteins that your body needs. Just start by running 30 minutes, and having no dessert or something like that. Then start exercising more than 30 minutes, it's a long process. You have the choice, and you only know how you want to do it, but I recommend you to first go to a doctor and make a loose weight plan. Good luck buddy.
Theres plenty of ways that are more efficient and potentially more fun depending on what his interests are. I didnt get much cardio work when I have played squah in the past.
I've learned that the way to staying fit is just having a normal diet, eat regularly, and exercise every now and then as well.
all u need is a routine.. just do a daily jog or something and stay away from fast food and unhealthy snacks eat healthy regularly
if you're doing high-intensity lifting, you'll start to overtrain by doing it daily and you'll find yourself regressing into WORSE health. symptoms include messed up sleep, messed up eating desires, tendency towards suicide and depression, and some other things. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overtraining be careful before applying an umbrella statement. Cardio is probably fine 7 days a week, but doing heavy squats, deatlifts, benching, etc. will get to you.
Beer = sugar = fat cut that out, watch what you eat.. seriously check out weightwatchers or something like that for the best guides Try to do different excercises ie walking/jogging then another day swim..another day a gym work out then it should keep the interest going and also help train your body in different areas. Set a realistic target aswell Good luck and I hope you do it

I'm not even kidding, hehe. As soon as I saw this I almost laughed because I remember a year ago I was feeling a little almost exactly the same, it's amazing the results you can get. First off, the strongest and toughest thing is having dedication to do this. Some do have it, but eventually drop out because they just get tired of the same thing. Once you get in the routine though it becomes a breeze, and the same as waking up to brush your teeth or take a shower. You don't need any expensive machines or anything to do an effective workout, basically just by jogging outside for 30 minutes, doing some situps/pushups, will also help you. You don't need to do it daily, as long as it's frequent enough that you can feel that burning sensation. I think the hardest thing here for me was actually eating right, it was tough to getting an effective diet plan and such, because for one, it really is true about the whole coke thing. It's fine if you drink one and such every now and then, but don't over do it or you'll get no where. Eating right is the main key to getting your body more in shape faster by eating the proper meals you'll achieve your goal much quicker. Just start off slow, and maybe even go to a doctor to figure out some sort of diet plan. What I did was just google up some diet plans and form my own from there. Gradually increase your workout whenever you start feeling that 30 minutes isn't enough, don't overdo it. Just do it slowly. I'd also try different exercises to keep yourself from doing the same thing, apparently if you do the same workouts constantly it slows your muscle development or something. Google up "Plateaus Effect" Lastly, goodluck buddy! It takes dedication, but you should really see the difference in a little over two months.
Take Fish Oil pills along with daily exercise and eating right, and you should notice a dramatic change in about 2 weeks.
