bad bg and depth... render seems way overcontrasted when u look at the background. dont really like the colours.
Flow is not there, by looking at the tilt of his head flow should be going Northeast/left to top right I think.. Effects are a little grainy, blur it some to smoothen it out some. Lighting is off as well, Lighting is coming from the top left not bottom left.
