Glowing Sig

    How do you get the white lines in a sig, that it looks like it's glowing. White lines like in this sig:

    In these two sigs you can see it a bit:

    But how can you make that? Thx! :D

    Hmmm, I belive these are just brusing in white..

    White brushing, duplicate, Overlay, lower opacity?
