Effects are a little messy for my tastes.. I also see effects on her face and part of her hair thats covering her eye, not sure if you meant for that or just didn't notice. Right side is more empty than the left due to her being closer to the left than right, so I would crop off some of the right to make the two sides more balanced. Lighting below her is rather strong, I would tone that down some and add some highlighting on her since the lighting just seems to be there but not actually giving off light onto her. Hope this helps Nice tag though, just clean it up.
You need to learn how to make text. Nothing personal, just all your tags are well done, but the text is the biggest factor that brings the whole tag down.
you have put some effort into your effects there only i feel it has made the rest of sig look like its lacking, you have everything in one place.... i like ur effects, but i dont think it quite acheived what you were hoping for... did it? lol is it just me, or does it look like a head colourfully blasting off into space
