How do you put a watermark on a *.gif picture without screwing up the animation. I would like something that places a gif on many gif pics are once.

    anyone

You can open it in imageready and add an extra layer that doesn't go away on each slide and lower the opacity down low. I know there are programs that add it too, but I can't think of their names.

Holy crap, well the imageready woulk dbe the easiest asd i presume you already have PS CS2, or if you have CS3 you can use photoshop to open it, and go to window>animation.

YOu may be able to egt a photoshop action to do a batch lot at once etc

    This is the process:

    Open the GIF in ImageReady
    Select the first frame.
Press CTRL+SHIFT+N to create a new layer
Put the water mark in that you want
Move it to the wanted position
Lower the opacity o about 10-25% (DEPENDS)

The first frame acts as a master frame, whatever you do to it, happens to every other frame also :)
