I've copied and pasted some into ps cs2 to use and try to work with them , but when ever i get a render i always use the magic wand to just click and get rid of everything (so it just leaves the render) , but with a C4D , It dont work that wait.. Alot of it gets cut offf

So my question is there another method on how to use a render of c4d?

As far as placing it on my sig to use?

    Thanks

The reason the magic wand is selecting a lot of the actual render is b/c it selects an area and a small range of color; if there isn't a clear color boundry or the colors are too similar you risk having it selected as well.

If you made the render, just save it w/ an alpha chanel and when you open it PS you can clear the alpha and have all but the render its self transparent.

If it's someone else's there's not a lot you can do aside from some carefull erasing or working w/ it on a blending mode.

If you are getting them off the site save them on your computer so they are .PNGs and they won't have a background if the person who made it saved it that way.

Even if the C4D has a load of black around it, set the blend mode to Screen (only on top of something else, cuz if it's above a plain white or black b/g it won't do anything). That's why I love Screen. It ignores all the black parts and leaves a smooth edge, always use it for C4Ds :)
