    I feel that first warning shud be a p/m!! not a 2 day suspension!

    Cos if ppl don't know if it was from da or cgtalk then it is not their fault!

    So a p/m telling them to take down the sig would be a good start!

    Just a thought :)

    dont know why you would wanna do that, a chance ot get banned from gamerenders would suck :(

    That big bloody angel that was whored was from DA, people at GR whored it, artist was pissed. This thread was needed, GJ.

    Ive seen multiple render topics saying "I found this at DA"

    "Good job person who made it"

    Its illegal, now stop :blink:

    Heres one of mine:
    What if we ask their permission, and they say yes?

    Or this: What if they where only "showcasing" the picture, and not selling it on the store area of the site. Is that allowed?

    I am happy someone took this seriously , I believe that this should have been done a long time ago, cutting the image out is still stealing someones work, people should be more considerate of that!!

    Ive been bitching around GR from weeks for stuff like that , it is ripping and it is illegal and dont do it ...

    Actualy, to take it from a higher perspective, any images you render that are not made by you (c4d, screenshots) are actualy illigal, as all screenshots from different sites are all still under ownership of the company who took them :D

    Even screenshots you take can be treated on this score, but there can be 2 schools of thought on that...

    Btw, off topic...
    Your avatar creeps me out lol! It has for a long time, but i was always too lazy to tell you :D

    As soon as you edit pixels, its not the same image, no lawyer will even touch a web graphics case.

    gamerenders would no close because of some of there members ripping work. The users would be banned.

    Hm....I've only rendered one pic, but I dunno where it came from as it was sent to me from a friend...hope it wasn't da...

    Ah well, one day and a warning can't hurt too much, I s'pose, even if it were from da...
