Great design but is "play. game. rebel." your slogan? It just sound a bit weird... With the text in the banner, try removing the big black streaks above the text. Just see if it looks better without them, it's your choice though. Should the news box be longer? Consider redoing the order of the buttons in the navigation to be more organized. Like having the games and servers above one another and having contact us at the bottom. Mabey to could even consider removing a few buttons from the navigation it just seems crowded.
