Full Sig Tut

ok well thanks for the comments everyone wether they are good or bad, and Cytherea take out the pencil tool, use white and have the pencil at 1 px, and then daw a straight line, go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur and for lines going left to right put angle at zero and for up and down use 90 and for distance I use anywhere between 10-30 and then change the layer to overlay and walla!

and faith06 not really sure what you meant by that but I didn't rip if thats what your saying

I love the effect, it would look better without the scanlines though =P

 

By the way Chestar, how you get those 2 images outside your sig any one can help ? I just been dying to know that.

the outcome is ok i just dont see why u chose to use a green border ... nice try though u should try putting a 3 pixel white softlight
and 2 pixel black overlay border that would have looked better

pretty good tut....but erase the scanlines from the middle that would make it look better
