The second psd sale where you try to sell stuff that i have full rights on started: Jan 21 2006, 07:49 AM

So don't say they started at same time, there's 2 days between it.

- I asked him if he could take out the sigs psds of the auction. Then he did that, somebody withrdrew his bid and he called me stupid ----- nielz
- Saying that im crying, and i'm a little wuss etc.

 

really bad... bcause keep it the tut.. sell the psd for full right.. release the tut... bad bad... i hope UV is really good

 

i made the tut like 4 days before. so dont start accusing me of anythign and this way he actually gets to see the tut and what u do reallly.

 

it doesnt matter when you made it... its about RELEASE DATES.

example:
"I created the style of grunge, i just didnt start releasing my work until last year tho"... sorry buddy, but its not true.

You either have to pay him to keep it up, remove it, or replace images. It is no longer your signature, you ARE the creator, but you do not own it.

example:
"You have a website, you sell it for full rights to somebody..." do you continue using the website? NO!

You cannot sell full rights to something a second time. You cannot continue to claim it as under your ownership.

 

ok well lets see. blow me. if he wants to sell em, he can. thers no real rules about this. i already talked to bftp about it.

 

Ok everyone shut up.. Lets sort the *facts* out.

• UV Holla DID make the tutorial BEFORE selling the PSD. It was on DeviantART, and posted in the Tutorials section.

• Although what UV Holla did wasnt the most polite, and legit thing in the world; it is NOT against the rules; therefore is not punishable.

• For all sane things on earth; keep it at this:
- UV Holla can do anything he wants with the tutorial.
- Nielz can do anything he wants with the psd(s).

What is there to really argue about?

 

i think the only thing to argue about is the person of the week. i think that there should be, " UV HOLLA" plopped right in there

Master, this thread was made with the question if that was legal to do, it was just a question. I never said that it was against the rules did i?
But it ísn't the nicest thing to do, that's what i said.

But he's being mad at me, since i didn't want him to sell them again in for full rights. He is the one that started saying that i sucked in the auction and he is the one that was lying in this thread.
