Full Rights

well if its his tutorial you could always ask him to make another sig using the same style and replace the images in the signature.

Technically speaking you have full rights to the sig that he is teaching other people to make in his tutorial. So there are 3 ways to deal with it.
1) Remove the tutorial
2) Have him pay you to keep the tutorial up
3) Replace the images in the tutorial, but make another signature using the same steps

As for reselling the sigs that is an absolute no no. If he feels he didnt get enough credits for full rights the first time around thats his fault.

You "UV" people have really bad additudes. Like its unbelievable. Calm down and dont be such assholes. Just because you are good at designing doesnt mean you rule the jungle and can say ANYTHING you want.

I think if you bought full rights to a signature it is your responsibility to look around before you do so. He sold you full rights fair and square, no where does a tut come into play he sold you the signature. NOT the technique.

He made the tutorial before, he just was not allowed to release it. Its just a sig i dunno why everyone is so uptight about it

What are you talking about looking around Holla? You sold him the sig on the 20th and then you posted a tut the next day using the sig you just sold to him full rights. You should have at least made another sig using the same style, or ask him.
And then also the day after you sold him the sig, full rights, you make another thread trying to sell it again. <_<

 

because the UV pack wasnt aloud to be made public until we had everyones thing in it. so i coudnt do it until we made the pack public.

 

Well you guys could settle this by paying him a royalty or in other words a percentage of the creds from each tutorial sold?
