    UV Holla sold me 3 psds in Auction Room some days ago.
    Then i just looked in the Premium Tutorials and i see that he made a tut about the sig he sold full rights to me.

    Is this legit? I bought Full Rights to make some money, but due his tut i can't make any money from that psd anymore..

    I think he should be able to do anything with those psds

    now that YOU own them..

    he should have to pay you to post that tutorial now :P

    u had full rights to the sig, i couldnt make a tut out of someone elses sig could i. It all depends on when he made the tut, did he post the tut before or after he sold you the sig.

    Just clicked the links and it looks as thought he is selling some sigs for full rights for the 2nd time which is illegal

    He did after; he did it yesterday and i bought it 3 days ago or something.

    Now he even wants to sell the signatures again...

    if he sold you the signatures for full rights they are yours!! not his.he can not resell sometyhing he sold full rights to.the tutorial is allowed i think but if you have full control over them sigs now he carnt sell them again.

    the famous UV is it? hmm im not sure about this.. but IMO cannot!

    Maybe you have full rights to the sig but not the style, so maybe he made a tut off it I guess, I'm not too sure about it myself.

    Hmm then he could pick another sig of that style? I think the tutorial thing is allowed, but it's not the nicest thing to do if someone bought it from you.

    The other thing is just ridiculous :(

    i agree about the style bit but not the sigs.if you sell someone a sig with full rights you carnt go sell it again to someone.

    He can def. not sell the sigs again.

    And I don't think he can use them to make a tut, actually I think he should have deleted the .psd after he sent it to you. Not sure tho, but he should at least have asked if he could make a tut on it.

    imo opinion....you have the rights to the sigs not the tut........unless the sig u bought was the 1 in the tutorial.......then im not sure
