Blah what don't you guys understand? Here's how it goes, I'll keep this as simple as possible.

Creator makes the sig, then decides to sell it for full rights. He's allowed to sell that sig with full rights ONCE, after that he has given up every right of his own to that sig. In essence, it no longer belongs to them. Customer who bought the sig from the creator is NOT allowed to sell the sig for full rights at all. From what I gather they can sell the sig for learning rights though.

Thats not what people are wondering...

If we have PREVIOUSLY bought a PSD for full rights and sold it already we may not sell full rights anymore - Im talking about if we bought and sold it BEFORE this rule was in affect.

Glad to see someone understand what i originally was trying to say, Thanks Axiom.

and yes, if you bought any PSDs in the past, you might as well throw them out basically, or use them privately for your own good.

Read BFTP's reply to my post, it doesn't cover past purchases.

So, from what I understand, if you bought a sig for full rights before this rule, you can sell it for learning rights, etc, but not full rights, I could be wrong, but this is what I'm reading.

Very nice rule addition indeed. The one that got me to swing my jaw mostly, is the fact that you can sell "full rights' only Once. To those who dont quite realize what it means..it means that prices of YOUR psds will go UP overtime, as only ONE will be sold.

This is a great change, everyone thank the staff for this! =)

    i dont agree w/this
i think it should be up to the ORIGINAL owner to decide

ok lets say if the owner sells full rights then he can say i sell full rights granting multiple resell rights to this guy and i may again resell full rights

i think it should be up to us

    It wasn't a rule though ^_^

One more thing, I've noticed there are many free full rights PSDs floating around, is this allowed anymore? I'm assuming no since you can only sell the rights once, but I want to make sure I understand EVERYTHING completely.

In that case... This rule sucks dude. At least give us basic rights on our old PSD's... That means every PSD I have used my creds on was for nothing. And now... The only way to earn them back is too post.

I'd doubt that's allowed now, you can still give out free PSDs with learning rights though. If you give out a PSD for free saying full rights, more than one person is bound to say they we're given full rights. That would just cause more confusion.

Thought so, glad someone was able to explain it :) I think I completely understand it now, great rule, even with all these restrictions!

.Filter - Personal Use only rights ;)

If by premades you mean ones where a person pays you to put their name on a sig, that doesn't deal with this. In that transaction you're only giving the image to use in a signature, not the entire PSD file.
