Thank god, this whole thing has gotten out of control and was starting to ruin GameRenders.

    Confusing? No, easier.

You buy a PSD for full resell rights, the creator is only allowed to sell it once, and your not allowed to give full resell rights to it when you resell it.

    Quite simple,
    BFTP

So, we can only sell Full rights once, we can continue to sell it with minimal and name changes on it?

If so, I'm liking this new rule ^_^

But are we still able to sell for basic rights as many times as possible?

Seems as if BFTP has gone on a locking rage already, lol.

Atleast this stops the whoring of psds.

One question on that, if you are sold full rights, does that mean that you can make a chain of it, like say you sell me full rights, you can't use them anymore or anything, would I be allowed to sell full rights once with those same conditions, or not? I'm assuming no, but I just want to clear that up.

Also, does that mean that every .PSD/pack I've purchased in the past is now completely mine? Or is that part only valid from here on? If it counts for past purchases then I'm going to need you to close some threads :)

One more thing, so I make sure I have this all understood, if I buy full rights to a pack/PSD, I can sell learning rights, etc, for credits, right? Or I can give it away, etc...and the creator of the pack/PSD can't do anything with it, correct?

Since the whoring of PSDs in the past(i won't lie..i helped start the cause), it would begin NOW i suppose Beastly, not counting past purchases.

If you bought a signature with full rights, it cannot be resold with the same conditions. Learning PSDs are allowed to be sold as often as you want, since the only rights given to them is for you to open it up and learn from it. If the creator sells you the whole thing(also known as full reselling rights); they give up any credit or rights to it.

4nub1s and I have just come to the realization theirs 2 problems here; full rights & full RESELL rights. We're addressing this problem, and going to edit the first post accordingly.

No, if you sold a signature for full resell rights, you do not own it anymore. Only one person is allowed to sell it for full resell rights, basically- and thats the person who created it originally.

    To further re-iterate this point...

Full rights enables a buyer to alter, or use the sig in any manner they choose provided it does not infringe on sotw or battle rules. Meaning, if you didn't make this sig, you can't use it in a battle... but you may wear it in your sig area. This does not allow you to resell the sig to anyone.

Resell rights enable you to sell the psd to one person and give them resell rights in the process. Once you have done this, you have no rights to psd anymore. This includes wearing it or altering it as you would with full rights. (Note- when given resell rights... it also gives you full rights permissions.)

For learning purposes sigs may be sold to as many people as you choose if you have resell rights in the sig in the first place. If you buy a psd with learning rights, you may not resell it.

This should clarify the matter a little better for you.
