well here is my first tut and ill take a eazy one. and try to convert it english, sense my ps is in swedish. here is a eazy way to make a fuggy look to you sigs etc. 1, make a new layer. 2, change to layer to dark light. 3, pick a cloudy looking brush and make source it wite(or anycolor) 3, start brusing untill you like what you got. (try other cloudy brushes too.) here is one i used it on.
