Wow. I uhhhh....well I had a somewhat different Idea for the forum. But before that, why are we on a 48 hr limit? This is probably one of the most important decisions on the site, so why would we give it the smallest time frame? Anyway, here's my idea (I'll explain my logic afterwards):
