i was thinking of asking one of my friends to collab and finish it off.
but what should i add to this tag? im not really sure what to add
and what do you think of it?

Looks good to me. Simple, but still good.

Perhaps an effect C4D? Maybe something to the left?

 

Left is sort of empty, but I think it's great as is. Mucho awesome smudging!

This may or may not work, but you could do a more fluid clipping mask coming off of the left shoulder, and then kind of smudging off at the end?
