I have no use for this Steam Account because I have another one with all the games.

Pre-load complete means the game is on my PC but no in the account so therefore not playabe. The preloaded games are on my other Account.

    The Account has

    Counter Strike: Source
    Half-Life 2
    Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
    Half-Life 2: Lost Coast
    Half-Life: Source
    Half-Life: Deathmatch Source

    To Qualify you must have

    At least 250 Posts
At least 5 Reputation and no more than 3 negative Rep.
You MUST NOT already have a Steam Account becuase I want to give this to someone without a Steam Account. I am going to take your word for it so please be honest. I know people will lie anyway, people always do.
YOU MUST give a reason, and I know you will want it but it has to be a good reason.

I will pick a winner once I have 10 qualified people.

Not sure if i qulify but im posting here anyways just incase i do.

EDIT: Nope just a bit rep off:

    Well heres my reason anyways:

I got my account stolen by a friend. I let him use my CS:S account and now its gone. I also let him use my CS1.6 (at the same time) account too. We were sharing for awhile untill he got my CS1.6 VAC banned and then got my CS:S pass changed. Since I bought the CSS offa here i cant get it back. Anyways i be others deserve it more.

you should give me the steam accoutn because ive been trying to get one for abouta year, but havent since they took them off of selling from gr, im a moderator at blazextreme.com which is a gaming/designing site, where thy have a huge cs clan that ive always wanted to be a part of, and never have been able to get an account.

i also deserve it because of all the things ive released, tuts, c3d textues, and a c4d pack. ive always wanted a steam acc, to be bale to play the games everyone talks about, and to be able to play with my sites gamers, i hope i get it.

And im bored of playing runescape and wanna start killin people :P

this is my 7th time entering a free giveaway for steam now :P.

    thanks!.
