Hey xmaster, what would you say is better. Anti-vir or avast? My cousin got a new computer and his dad had this european guy (he stressed the fact he was european for some reason...) install anti-vir on it. I'm wondering if avast would have been better.
Avast is best. If i were to grade 'em, Avast yould get an A+ (lol) and Antivir would get a C (its still passing, but not up to par) Avast, as you know, is free, and it only takes a few seconds to get registered for free and get your free serial. I'd recommend it to anybody, and I switched over about 20 people from Norton and the like....
I'd most likely switch from nortan to avast but my dad wouldnt be so hot on the idea... Supposedly the new nortan wont be as horrible as the current one out (it screws my computer over so badly, as opposed to my own computer with avast installed, which works like a charm)
