Ok..I know this is a little tougher..so I'll pay a little extra..if you can do animation, that is..

Get a picture of a bad neighborhood or area, anywhere....harlem, bronx, compton, for example

And have a helicopter in the air hovering (not actually animated, but just a normal render which I can get you) and have the light be animated...have it moving around over the ground of the neighborhood..

On the ground, you can have the name Murdablock..and then have the helicopter search light moving over it, like shining on the name..

This would be greatly appreciated..I can find a picture of a useable helicopter, but I haven't been able to find a picture of `the hood` yet..so..

Can you do this?
