    all you have to do is sign up

    it has ringtones people have created
    and you can also upload any song (as much as you'd like) edit the song to the part you'd like to be the ringtone,
    and have it sent to your phone from the website, its easy =]

    and zero, my phone doesnt let me use .mp3s as a ringtone, you either use the defaults or you have to download it

    oh also, do these websites actually work or would they charge you on your phone bill? (by websites i mean all the ringtone uploading websites)

    i tried it but it said invalid format or something and it didnt download.. anyone know any uploaders available for the samsung a523?

    If you have a Verizon phone (sorry rest-of-the-world) you can email the MP3/MP4/AAC to [email protected] and you'll receive it as a pix message. Except there's no picture; it's an audio file.
