    That looks an awful lot like a tutorial that used brushes made from vector... Are you sure you used vector?

    its not a vector. please dont call it one... its uhhh "vector style" nice out come... which tut did you follow?

    maybe add a personal touch?

    Um its techinically called Rastor. Or Raster. But i say Vector because its more familiar known that way.

    No tut followed. Just came up with it. Saw a sig style. Then came up with my own style of blurring etc.
