    no offense it looks good and all but its not realli a manip....u didnt change nuttin but resize it, add border, and scanlines...?? no manip there... :huh:

    are those just scanlines? im just wondering cuz im not sure how to do them...

    thanks, and the manip looks good but im not really in need of it.
