Unfortunately, he can only complete offers in the Canadian section. Maybe a 1/4 of them will charge you for future service with them, but all you have to do is call them and they will cancel it. OK, I have created a video guide for users who do not understand what to do. There is no sound so you will have to follow what I do. Basically, first I forgot to clear my cookies, tis why the survey looked different the usual. So, I cleared about 3 times just to be safe and then completed the survey. You could help yourself and the site by searching for surveys allowed for CA. Then tell an Admin. I know theres tons out there..
