Sorry but no , just let them run overnight if needed, That's how I uploaded them. I choose that site so I didn't have to upload them over and over again, so as long as it's being downloaded, it will stay there.
Just make a new folder somewhere and extract them there, then I would do what 1st post says, get a free font viewer and choose the ones you want to install to PS.
Don't really know where or why theyre hidden. The renders are a separate download, just scroll a little in that 1st post.
ab font pack was downloading at twice the speed of the others weird Yeah I don't know about this. I have a few hundred fonts and with cs2 it takes about 6 seconds for my text tool to boot up. Now imagine 48 thousand AHHHH
Let me just clarify here. I do not have all of these in my fonts folder, I have these on my 2nd hard drive,I only have about 100 in my fonts folder. When I need a certain one I go there and copy it over. Anyone who would have all of these in their fonts folder would need a computer custom made by NASA.
Well I am going to test it out I have an alienware Aurora ALX desktop with seen here However I don't know even with 4 gig of ram (capibale with a dual-cpu ) I think I am going to try to put them all on and see what happens maybe it will explode. Anyway that is a good Idea to transfer them. I will get back to you on how long it takes for it to load 48,000 fonts. HEHEHEHEHEHE
