Instead of taking requests for this, I've decided to help people that have C4D and want to start making their own but don't know how.

    The avatar is this:

(I know it's not AMAZINGLY good, but yeah deal with it) ;]

    I'm going to GIVE you the C4D file, with that;

    The animation is already done
    The lighting is already done
The reflection on the floor is done
    The shadows are done

    To customize it:

Change the text spline to say what you like and in which font you want,
Change the material of the 3D text if you want to (It's at the bottom called banji)
Change the colour of the lights and the brightness to change what colour the whole thing is.

You will probably have to adjust the perspective camera view if your name is longer than mine and zoom it out a little.

    To save it:

Go to Render > Render settings > Save > Path

And make a new folder to save it in and give it a file name
(This will render each frame into the specified folder)

Render > Render to picture viewer

    To animate:

Open up image ready > File > Import folder as frames > Save as a .gif
