A little plain if you ask me, the banner looks pretty good though, the way it's attached to the rest of the template, the Banner text looks awful though, that green is very nasty, maybe choose a colour which goes more with the banner itself. The "Content" "Menu" "Advertisement" and "Shout" I hate too, that wind filter you used on the text looks awful, I think you should leave it as normal text without the wind. Not bad though oro.
