    You really can't do anything outside of reporting his IP to authorities. I'm guessing he lives within the US, so something would be done then.

    never hosted warez on the server, i had links on the forum, but no warez
    were hosted on the account

    if he wasnt hosting it, nothing is going to happen to him. he has to distribute it.

    not really, he just owns the forum that the members go onto to distrubite it. basically, hes the neutral ground.

    either way, in canada theres no real anti-piracy laws.

    I along with my host are trying to solve the problem :(
    but no update yet
    He is offline atm
